In this line, which only appears once during the estimation of a dimension, the first column gives the dimension being estimated, and the 2nd and 3rd numbers are those legislators furthest to the left and right respectively. The 4th number is an expansion parameter (ALPHA in the source code) which ensures that the current starting estimates for the legislators lie within a unit hypersphere. It is not used for the first dimension. The 5th and 6th numbers are the positions of the furthest left and furthest right legislators respectively.
